His future

By: Paul | January 16th, 2009

If you don’t know by yet, Real Madrid’s president Ramon Calderon has resigned from his post as President of Real Madrid, as we all know Calderon had a perma-boner for Ronaldo and promised the Madrid faithful that he would indeed be wearing the Madrid kit. What this does for the future of Ronaldo will be seen but one thing for sure is Calderon won’t be running off at the mouth proclaiming how the deal is already done which will be nice.

Ronaldo has stated numerous times that he loves being at Manchester and is happy here but it’s clear that Ronaldo does see Madrid in his future but the question is how far into the future is that? Will it be this summer? Next summer? Personally, I believe Ronaldo says goodbye to Manchester when Sir Alex Ferguson calls it a day

Thoughts?

money is all what it matters. sadly this is coming from a Milan fan. i’ve learned this the hard way. Sheva & Kaka in the past 3 years!! and we;ve seen it with Beckham with Man Utd, Zidane with Juve, Ronaldo with Barcelona and it will continue to go on forever. Where will CR7 go, whoever offers him the most money.

I disagree with Fetyani… Slave won’t just go where the money is… do you really see him swapping United red for City blue? No. He’ll go to Madrid because that is the team he always dreamed of playing for.

As a United fan, I wish that weren’t the case and would much prefer he allow his dream to evolve from the team he supported as a youth to the team that signed him, nurtured him, and brought him success (see: Rooney).

Unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen, and Slave will inevitably don the all white uni… tough to say when now that Calderon is gone, but I would guess the summer of 2010.
