Finally back
By: Ale | June 27th, 2008Just got home from vacation, and a little disappointed I wasn’t able to cover any Euro action, but hey, what can you do? Overall I was impressed with Ronaldo’s play in Austria/Switzerland, considering he played a part in nearly all of their goals, but it’d have been nice to see him pick up a few more for himself. I’m not much of a Portugal supporter so I’m pretty much neutral on their exit from the competition. Watching them did make me realize that Simao must be the world’s absolute worst footballer though.
That said, let’s check out some of the more recent Ronaldo news. Besides the usual Madrid speculation of course…

I might be reading too much into this, but if you had or planned on having the world’s greatest footballer on your team next year, wouldn’t you want him repping your hideous new kit?
