It’s here, brought to you by Daryl.
A slight hangover kept me from posting this earlier, but I should be over that soon thanks to more alcohol.

PFA Player Of The Year, Part II

By: Ale | Comments 2 Comments

Cristiano Ronaldo was again named Professional Footballers’ Association Player of the Year tonight.
I’ll give you all a moment for the shock to wear off.
Ronaldo retains the title after also collecting 2007’s PFA Player of Year honour.
The PFA’s Young Player of the Year award, also claimed by him last year was given to Arsenal’s Cesc [...]

Cristiano Ronaldo Is Offensive, Rich

By: Ale | Comments No Comments

I didn’t get to watch the game today, but it doesn’t really matter seeing as he only played for about twenty minutes anyways so you’re going to get some entirely non-football news. Good? Good.
Basically, Ronny pissed off all his new neighbors by flattening a modest home and having a giant mansion built in it’s place [...]

Nereida Gallardo Is Classy

By: Ale | Comments 8 Comments

Yesterday the always classy Sun ran a story packed with topless photos of Ronaldo’s flavor of the week, Nereida Gallardo. This is really of no importance (you can find them on your own if you hate yourself) except for the fact it also came with a bunch of fun facts about the failed model.

I know who it certainly wasn’t. I’m going with Ferdinand… without him United surely would have had at least one in the back of their net.
Messi: 3
Ferdinand: 3
Patrice Evra: 1
Deco: 1
Abidal: 2
Ronaldo: 1
Other (specify):

Romanistas, And Others

By: Ale | Comments 113 Comments

First off, let me say that by writing this, I am in no way trying to disrespect any supporter of the Giallorossi, I’m just trying to understand your viewpoints on something. Roma is one of my favorite teams in the Serie A, so it’s not like I’m biased against them or anything.
The only real question [...]

Xavi Hernandez Is Talented

By: Ale | Comments 11 Comments

In an interview with Daily Press yesterday, Barcelona midfielder Xavi urged Ronaldo to ‘push himself further’ by leaving the Premiership and playing abroad where there is less space and more ‘Joga Bonito’. Preferably with him in Barcelona.
According to Xavi, the Spanish Primera is so overflowing with talent, it will make you a better player [...]
